From a small town called Estcourt, KwaZulu-Natal, in South Africa, Tholulwazi is a multi-skilled business leader, with innovative thinking and strategic acumen.

With over 15 years of experience, with expertise in sales, strategy, PR and communication, consulting, and management. Tholulwazi studied for a BSc. Chemical Engineering degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and later a BA in Marketing Communication from the AAA School of Advertising. He is currently pursuing a further qualification in Communication from Ensign College, based in Utah, United States.

He began his career in retail banking, wealth, and portfolio investment. With an interest in the digital space, he moved into content marketing and automation for strategic personalized marketing communication, working with an industry leader in internet marketing services, Everlytic. With the move into the advertising space, he influenced the growth and market placement of the eNews Channel Africa brand, which was the first 24-hour news platform in South Africa (RSA) and has become the industry leader in news delivery and source of independent and credible news in the Southern Hemisphere. He has briefly worked with United Stations on advertising strategies for brands like Massive Metro, Cliff Central, YFM, and Gagasi FM to name a few.

Tholulwazi entered the entrepreneurial space in 2019 where he assumed the role of Managing Director for Shova Lifestyle Origin Ltd, with 50% ownership. Shova Lifestyle Origin Ltd. became one of the top 10 hidden germs products of South African Tourism, showcasing as 1 of the top 10 best-emerging products in Gauteng. Shova Lifestyle Origin Ltd. is a tourism destination of choice, which is comprised of a Boutique, Bike Tours around Soweto, a Historical Mural on the prestigious and historical floor of Vilakazi Street, Soweto, and lastly, The Vilakazi Street Night Market.

The Vilakazi Street Night Market was a signature event occurring every last Thursday of the month, in partnership with the Department of Arts and Culture. This event awarded market access to over 100 unique local businesses and upcoming artists. Amongst globally notable businesses in and around the historical floor of Vilakazi Street, which boasts two Nobel Prize laureates, former President and iconic figure Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Tutu, Tholulwazi made history as the youngest entrepreneur on this historical floor.

From eGuguluza in KwaNobuhle in the grand province of Eastern Cape. Athenkosi Makwenkwe has overcome significant challenges to reach his destination. He is an inspired creative, who holds a qualification in Software Development from the prestigious Varsity College in Pretoria, in the Gauteng Province. He is currently pursuing a further qualification in Information Technology from Ensign College, based in Utah, United States.

He boasts over five years of experience in the United States, where he worked in the remote industry. During this period, he collaborated with various notable digital agencies such as Leadwork Marketing, Hesel Media, and The Velocity Company, Inc. on a number of notable projects. Athenkosi is also a Co-founder of OTTO Pros, a company with its headquarters in Arizona, in the United States.

OTTO Pros specializes in assisting Real Estate Investors in enhancing their online property acquisition strategies through automatically calculates offers, creates a pdf, emails it to agents and builds relationships with real estate agents in their market in order to have deals sent to them before going on the MLS, without incurring any marketing costs and uses AI to follow up and qualify all of the client's inbound leads that Guarantee 10x to their investment or they don’t pay! Athenkosi also spent two years in Washington DC engaged in volunteer service.

As a newly appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) with a portfolio of Director of Operation for Africa Remote Academy Ltd. in 2023, Athenkosi aims to empower Africans with remote skills and provide market access to the United States, Canadian, Australian, and United Kingdom job market.

Dr Nkosinothando Chamane

Dr. Nkosinothando Chamane is a Business, Public Health Medicine and Science Education Specialist with vast experience in skills development and capacity building. She has vastly contributed to the skills development and the job market in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa through her novice and inspired insights on the above fields. Dr. Nkosinothando Chamane holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

With her unique techniques in the field of consultation, she has an innate desire to elevate individuals and businesses from basic and normal phases to a state of excellence. She is also in the field of providing experience and job opportunities to young graduates from various faculties.

The paradigm shift to digital and remote learning has opened opportunities to larger markets and more consumption of digital content, compelling us to extend our resources and research capabilities, to ensure that we remain competitive and an education and training consultancy of choice. With this fact in mind, Dr. Nkosinothando has broadened her reach through this apparent and inevitable paradigm shift.

Simphiwe Majola

The brand engineer, celebrity agent, global publicist values education as he boasts a National Diploma in Public Relations Management from PROVOX Centre for Public Relations and Communications. He is a consummate PR professional and has worked with numerous notible brands. Having worked in the corporate fields of design, FMCG, broadcast and in government for almost 20years.

Simphiwe has worked with influential and highly successful figures and continues to do so. Some of the big names associated with Simphiwe include: Felicia Mabuza-Suttle; Lebo M; Basetsana Kumalo; Bonang Matheba; Pearl Thusi; Uyanda Mbuli; to mention a few. He also worked closely with the late Reeva Steenkamp.

Simphiwe is also the creative behind the TV show Turning Point, which is a collection of shared stories from the perspective of extraordinary individuals. The show focuses on influential business people, prominent public figures, aspiring entrepreneurs, thought leaders, the youth and role models in Africa.
