Founded in 2023 by Tholulwazi Dlamini and Athenkosi Makwenkwe, Africa Remote Academy Ltd. is a South African and US-born company with the objective of training and equipping Africans with remote skills and creating remote employment opportunities. It is to help stimulate economic growth in Africa, by providing job opportunities and access to a global market. It is to reduce geographical limitations, allowing individuals to work for companies worldwide, thereby increasing income potential.

Mission

To bridge the unemployment gap in Africa by bringing opportunities to regions with limited access to traditional job markets and by bridging the digital divide. It is to allow people from rural or underdeveloped areas to participate in the workforce. It is to encourage African countries to retain talent that might otherwise seek opportunities abroad, thereby contributing to the economic growth and development of their countries of birth.
